For each herbal tea blend in this bundle: Use 1 teaspoon of this blend per 8-12 oz. of water during labor. Warm the water until it’s just about to boil. Pour water over herbs. Steep with a lid over the infusion for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Do not boil blend, as boiling may reduce the effectiveness of the herbs and alter their delicate flavors.
